Does Twrides own cabs?
No. Twrides manages the cabs your vendors already supply. You keep your vendor contracts; we plan the routes, track the trips and calculate what each vendor is owed.
Does it follow our women-safety policy?
Yes. Your company sets the rules, such as escort requirements after a set hour, women not dropped first or alone, and maximum ride time. The route planner applies them to every plan and flags any route it cannot make compliant.
Are drivers verified?
Your vendors upload driver licences, police verification and vehicle documents. Twrides tracks expiry dates and blocks a driver or cab from being assigned once a document lapses.
Is employee location tracked all the time?
No. Location is tracked only during a trip, from pickup or OTP start until the drop is closed, and it is shared only with your transport team.
Does it connect to our HRMS?
Yes. Rosters can be pulled from common HRMS platforms through their APIs or scheduled exports. If you are not ready for an integration, the desk uploads a roster file each day.
How long does setup take?
Most single-office teams run their first live shift within a week: vendors and cabs are onboarded in the first days, rosters and rules are set next, and one shift runs in parallel with your current process before switching over.
