About pricing

What counts as an employee using transport?

Anyone who takes at least one Twrides-managed pickup or drop in the billing month. Employees who never ride that month are not counted.

Is the cab cost included?

No. Twrides is the software your transport desk runs on. Your cab vendors continue to bill you for cabs, and Vendor Billing checks those bills against GPS kilometres.

What does the free shift include?

We run one real shift on Twrides with all seven modules: your roster, your rules, your vendors. You see the cab count, ride times and estimated cost against your current plan.

Can we pay monthly?

Annual billing is the default. Monthly billing is available on Hatchback and Sedan at a slightly higher rate per employee.

Are there setup fees?

No setup fee on Hatchback or Sedan. Tempo Traveller rollouts across several cities are scoped with you and quoted with the plan.
